We walked in on spec and were lucky to find a table as the season was just beginning. Excellent but informal service by experienced staff, delicious food and a traditional ambience without being dated. House red was a 2003 Rioja at 15 Euros!

We went to this restaurant for dinner and opted for the sit down meal (tapas by the bar also available). The restaurant is full of character with various dining areas decorated in the typical Cordoba style. The food was very good with a quick service. I would recommend you book a table as it gets very busy.

El Churracso is great. Perfect service coupled with fine food and elegant settling. One not to miss when in Cordoba.

This place is a must for food, service and ambience . The staff are great and help you decide what to have by talking to you . The food is local and the Lamb and Fish first rate

beautiful cozy place, great food. traditional. not cheap, of course. order the churrasco with its red and green sauces. or the aubergines with salmorejo. or the scrambled mushroom or the potatos. all great. unique.

Charcoal is actually used for grilling meat. We were offered a complimentary drink and service was attentive. The artichokes prepared in olive oil were tasty. Both our veal and sirloin were well-prepared. The atmosphere is not as romantic as I would like, and the prices were fairly steep for Spain.

Came across this place when looking for a place to eat. Completely full - standing room only was a struggle to make our way back out again. We ate standing at the bar. Fast service.
