In Touloouse on business - got taken out to dinner at Chez Jules. Good food - very good mi-cuit foie gras - very tasty main course. Excellent wines.

Very good meat and services was perfect.No waiting time but no rush too. wine was also well associated and not that expensive.
The front desk at the Crowne Plaza Hotel recommended this restaurant for good local food. We couldn't agree more! Had the entrecote which was on a skewer and was delicious. Had a terrific waitress who worked with our spotty French.
