First be aware you may have to queue as it can be very busy. Don't think it takes reservations. Also, not for vegetarians as they only do steak frites (well it does start with a green salad). So if that doesn't put you off then it is a great place to go as what it does it does well. Serves... More

We were recommended to this place by the hotel concierge, long queue, and once inside we were immediately brought bread and salad. Turns out they only do steak friTes, which was fine with us. The food was fantastic and plentiful, wine was brought as well. No menu, no prices. Great desserts and we were pleasantly surprised by the bill. Really fun... More

We walked by this place and saw a long line so we thought we should try it out. What an experience it is! Highly recommend going to it, but as it is popular, the price is expensive. If you want to save $$ avoid wine and dessert and stick to water. The food is undeniably delicious though!

Not the best steak I've ever had but delicious sauce& nice tender meat, they bring you a portion on a small plate then come and fill it up again when you've nearly finished. Thin fries, nice and crisp, matter of taste as to whether you like them, desserts are v good. Quite overpriced for what it is, we paid 87euro... More

If you want some if the best steak frites I believe it is possible to find, this is the place to go. The only think you need to decide is how you want your steak cooking and what to drink (and even then we were told what to order!). And yes, the sauce is fantastic!

As what has been mentioned several times by other reviewers, Relais de l'Entrecote serves up but one item on their menu - ribeye steak with a question of how you want it done. We arrived on a 8 pm Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised that the place had no queue. We ordered ours medium. A salad of lettuce, raddish,... More

Went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend, the queue outside waiting for the 7pm opening was a sure sign of its popularity. I can imagine for someone unfamiliar with the process of this restaurant being asked how do yo like your steak as soon as you enter may seem a little alarming! Swift service and two generous... More

This is my father's favourite restaurant. I've been eating here at least once a month for over 5 years. It is best to arrive 15 minutes before the restaurant opens for lunch or dinner, as the restaurant does not take reservations and you are seated on a first-come first-served basis. One thing is sure, Le Relais de l'Entrecote is never... More

Your answer should be an emphatic 'yes' because the fries are indeed terrific. The steak is another matter. As longtime fans of the Relais in Geneva we had high hopes and expectations here in Paris and, in fairness, opinion at our table was divided on the result. The salad was fine and the sauce on the steak was excellent as... More

We ate at all branches of this restaurant in Paris and also the one in Geneva.Whenever we are in Paris we eat at this restaurant. It is by far the tastiest meat and the special gravy, and the tastiest french fries to our liking. They serve only this meal with a small salade.Their menu contains only a great number of deserts. There are... More
