if you are looking for a good fusion place in the centre of the citybof lights, you might consider Kinugawa. We were looking for a Japanese based kitchen with western influences, whic we enjoyed so much in the States and Kinugawa was able tonbring us back to this cuisine. Pricescare very acceptable and service good. The choices of "steaks" was... More

This place is worth a visit if you'd like to see a little bit of a Parisian scene. Great view in upstairs dining room and some of the food is to die for- great ceviche, salads and food but the sashimi is just okay- blame their distributor I guess. But everything else is top notch including the people watching. Oh... More

This was a recommendation from our hotel Hyatt boulevard malherbes. The man at the front door was rude and not pleasant at all. We were seated and waited a very long time before the waiter took our order. He handed us the menu and then more waiting before someone would care. Then it was hot inside. My husband had to... More

We were lovers of Japanese food. This restaurant was recommended by a friend. We were excited to try after a couple of not so satisfied Japanese food searches in Paris. When we requested Chet's tasting menu. We were told he was on vacation. So, maybe this accounted for part of failed food experience. The miso soup was simply salty. We... More

Nice sushi and fusion restautant. Try sushi as a starter and black code for the main course. Other starters were average quality and taste. Good ambiance and value for money. Friendly staff.

One no longer recognizes the elegant old Kinugawa. It was sacrificed to the new wave of fashion. Light so dim that it is impossible to read the menu, music so loud that one cannot speak, couch like benches. The sacrifice to the worldwide lounge fashion. Food still excellent. Best tempura, excellent ikura sushi, tasty grilled unilateral salmon, very good gyosa.... More

Everything we ordered was very good (sushi, seaweed salad, crab salad, seafood ceviche). White and black sesame ice cream was delicious. Cozy atmosphere if you sit in the low tables on the ground floor. Top floor was too crowded and noisy. Fun evening but not cheap. Service with an attitude. Very convenient if you're staying nearby.

a real destination for lovers of japanese food, one of the best addresses in paris. service might be very slow if the restaurant is fully booked, just seat at the sushi bar if you are in a hurry. a good destination also for celebrities watching!

The restaurant is one of best Japanese in Paris. I don't eat sushis but love Japanese food, this place is the one. Teriyaki fish, dobin mushi, and also tempura are the only good one I had in Paris. Privey but there is no big competition at this level.
