Waiters very rude, waited very long to sit and be served and they left previous empty bottles on table. When we assisted to place empty bottles on bar waiter pushed and swote at us and told us to put the bottles back, we soon left, DON'T GO HERE THE WAITERS DON'T LIKE TOURISTS!!!

Awesome place to spend time with friends.
We had a Belgian Cherry Kriek beer served in giraffe. Very entertaining and fun to drink.
Beers from all corners of the world can be tasted at Tavern.
Highly Recommend.

We were seated beside the water station, yuck! Then the moulle frite in curry wine sauce arrived and things got better. I don't know if these are the best in Paris, but the moulle, they were cooked to perfection, and the frite came to the table piping hot. If you are craving a Belgian classic a la franca is then...

The bucket of mussels comes in a wine and garlic sauce with the side of bresd and it is the best, decent price. A little smokey but that's Paris. We stayed nearby in the Hotel St. Paul so it was a short walk.
Enjoy!

And ask for...

We went back again for dinner another evening and had steak tartar, along with two...

The Horse's Tavern is okay. Food menu is limited but okay. The prices are okay. I had mussels; my wife the Parisian salad. Beer menu is pretty good -- but beer is so expensive in Paris! €9 Guinness pints are hard to swallow. Location in the Latin Quarter is excellent.

Breathtakingly expensive - 9e for 33cl Leffe. I have lived in Paris for four months, and am well aware that this is an expensive city. But this takes the biscuit! I won't be going back there again!
