I was looking to buy coffee beans to take home as a souvenir. I think this cafe does most of their business as a coffee beans seller. It was the best coffee I have ever taken home.

Just Horrible. I'm Australian and my husband is Italian. Both coffee loving people. We went to this place after reading the good reviews on TripAdvisor. The people that wrote good reviews for this place must have a really low opinion of what a good cup of coffee should be as this place was one of the worst coffee places we've... More

Disappointed, considering the reviews looked good. A few others in the area were nice though. Disappointed, considering the reviews looked good. A few others in the area were nice though.

Yes - great coffee for someone who likes Italian style coffee!! This is not common in Paris. This is a cafe with a good espresso machine and they know how to use it. They also offer you a range of beans from around the world that they grind fresh for the coffee you order. They also sell a good range... More

We visited Cafe Verlet following our mouthwatering lunch at La Cordonnerie restaurant around the block. The coffee is simply the best. The smell and the atmosphere of the place is just so inviting you don't want to leave. The raspberry macaroon was so delicious. We also had a vanilla ice-cream which my daughter claimed it's the best she ever had.... More

Cafe Thes Verlet is an absolute standout for coffee in light meals. Don't let anyone tell you it is not possible to get a good coffee in Paris. This cafe is world class. Nice to drop in for breakfast, lunch, coffee break - just find a reason and go if you are anywhere in the area (it is not far... More

It may be good, but not enough seating! Very tiny place. Only seats 8 or so!

My partner & I went here to kick off my birthday, and it made our day. It was excpetional coffee, with selection like I've never seen (I was able to try a cup of kopi luwak for a mere €4.50), and the cakes were *amazing*. My partner had a raspberry macaroon that was nothing short of divine; I had a... More

This is not a place that you take a break from pounding the streets of Paris - it's a place to you pound the streets to get to. My favorite cafe in Paris Coffee snobs unite here. Wonderful coffee, great Apple tart. They sell their own coffee.
