This place was recomended by our hotel. It was ok. Had the duck confit with fries. It was solid, but nothing special. It was easy to get in to.
We had just arrived in Paris and were walking in the neighborhood of our apartment looking for a restaurant. Many were full or completely booked, but Le Bosquet fit our party of 4 in rapidly and comfortably. Everything about the experience was very pleasant and everyone enjoyed their meals. The scallops were especially good - very tender and flavorful. The... More
I visited here last week with my aunt on my first and her second trip to Paris. We made a reservation through their website, but upon arriving it didn't really seem necessary. The staff were very nice, though I could see who quite a few of the other reviewers called "rude", but being very fluent in french we pretty quickly... More
Dear young_traveler212, I’m Jean-François Trocellier, the owner of Le Bosquet. It's the first time I answer on Trip Advisor since it exists, because I'm for the freedom of expression. I'm answering today because I think it's important to explain to all the travellers that our prices on the menu are the prices you will find on your bill, without any... More
Looking for a last minute dinner hour meal we were lucky enough to find a patio table for 3 at this corner located restaurant. From the waiter, who had a great sense of humour and a great sense of how to treat his customers, to the hostess to the very fine food our experience was tres bon. All 3 dishes... More
We had dinner at Le Bosquet with a large group on a Saturday evening. In spite of those circumstances the wait staff remained unflappable. Everyone in our group was pleased with their choices & the preparation of the food. I especially loved the goat cheese salad.
I visited this restaurant based on TA reviews. Everything about the meal was great. The wine, the entree, and the plat were all delicious. The latter was a cod fish, which I ordered based on the waiter's recommendation, and which was cooked perfectly. I also had the fromage for dessert, which consisted of five equally wonderful cheeses. I would return... More
After reading reviews on trip advisor we decided to wonder past and see for ourselves. Sat inside which was very crowded but luckily there were not many people sitting inside. Had snails and pâté for entree which was nice. The snails had a grassy aftertaste but neither of us had eaten them before so not sure if that was right.... More
Staying nearby, me and my girlfriend had journeyed to this restaurant after walking through the Rue Cler being unsatisfied with what was on offer. We were very pleased to have run into Le Bosquet for dinner date 1 in Paris and enjoyed our dinner of Escargot, Lamb & Ratatouille and Beef Carpaccio that we had to return for dinner date... More
We visited this restaurant during our recent trip to Paris. It was located near our hotel and had menu options that our nine-year-old son would enjoy. I had read reviews that mentioned a rude waiter. We were seated immediately and approached by the waiter I was sure was the "rude" one. I honestly think he was sizing us up. We... More
