Very small restaurant but with a super selection of Champagnes on the wine list. The food is excellent - we opted for the €36 Menu offering a choice from 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts. The restaurant is a bit tight on space perhaps (often the French way) but the service is attentive and friendly. There is no pretence... More

I ate in many many places in the world from 3* Michelin star restaurants to simple local cuisine. But this restaurant in regards to their price level is very high in my top ten. When we are doing our trip to the champagne to equip our wine cellar we are every time going to the "La cave a Champagne". Normally... More

We visited this place for dinner with group of my friends-sommeliers. Location was super - in the centre of town. Front look from street was more than humble - it was bit tough to find the entry :) Restaurant have 3 different small dining rooms - all were absolutely overcrowded - restaurant was full booked. But ambience was good...our room... More

The lunch time menu at €19 is unbeatable. The food outstanding and the service attentive. If you are in Epernay you must have a lunch menu here! However, you should book in advance to guarantee a table.

A local champagne producer recommend this restaurant and my group of six walked in on a Saturday with no reservations. The service was efficient and friendly and the food fabulous. For lunch, they offer a fixed price menu (Sympa) for only 19 euros: starter, main dish and dessert. I had artichoke heart with a parsley sauce and snails, thinly sliced... More

68 euros total for two 19 euros for a 3 course menu and a bottle of champagne. My husband and I thought it was a great value for a saturday dinner. We were full and content with the 19 euro menu and thought it had a lot to choose from. I would suggest e-mailing the restaurant for a reservation because... More

Arriving a bit late for our lunchtime reservation, we were seated at the last open table right next to the passage to the kitchen, not always the best seat. But we were soon appreciating the menu, the quick service, and the very reasonable prices. When the food arrived (EUR 19 lunches), we were impressed with the cooking too, right down... More

We chose this restaurant when visiting Epernay, because one of the local champagne producers suggested it. And we really liked the place - this was one of our most memorable restaurant experiences while visiting France. When we first entered the restaurant, we thought it was packed full, but they had more space at the back of the building. Funny thing... More

Nice and classic place. We took the menu of 36€ and the food was correct. Especially the scallops in the champagne cream sauce and the cod in chardonnay were good. And a special mention for the excellent gratin of fruits. This is a good restaurant to eat traditional kitchen: which means in this rating: 'average', because 'very good' means also... More

THis small restaurant close to the Centre is an excellent place to stop for a very tasty, modestly priced meal. The staff are most helpful and the service good. In particular their ¨Menu¨is exceptionally good value.
