We stopped off in Beaune on the way home from the French Alps. This cosy, busy restaurant was recommended by the hotel receptionist and did not disappoint.They happily accomodated us without a reservation and were friendly and very polite. The restaurant specialises in Charolais beef and serves simple, excellently cooked food. Their wine list, as expected for Beaune, is exceptional.
