I am rather surprised by the superlative reviews here. I have been to this place twice, and the cuisine is rather heavy and unrefined. The wines are generally big, powerful wines, which doesn't help balance things either. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are professional, but I wouldn't return. It is very hard to find good Italian in Bordeaux.
