We went for dinner the weekend before Valentines so obviously the restaurant was only couples but still a nice atmosphere.
We had the €80 tasting menu with 8 courses (6 savory, 2 sweet) and the food was lovely. Before the meal there was a tuning of the taste buds with a bland greasy vegetable ball, a salty olive paste ball...

This restaurant is quite a walk out of town, but worth the effort. The rear courtyard is a total surprise, and delightful. The 'menu surprise' was excellent - this chef has a real talent for combining interesting flavours and textures. Pricey, but value for money.

For example the sommelier failed to offer to decante a bottle of Mouton Rothschild and was forced to stand to ask for a bottle of water having asked three times previously. Very dissapointing.

Although...
