Fancied this place for ages and so glad finally made it, excellent service, food superb (garlic bread with tomatoes and chilli to die for!), prices very moderate- overall a superb evening. If I had one suggestion for improvement I would turn the lights down a little- a bit bright! But highly recommended!

Our family Christmas dinner was in sottovento this year. The food was delicious and the service was good too. Only disappointment was they brought the starters out before all of our party had arrived. Overall a lovely place and well worth the visit if your nearby.

We go to Sottovento every month or so. I always order the steak - it's a beautiful cut and the chef really knows how to cook it rare. The service is excellent and the staff are really friendly. My niece (age 7) thinks the pizza is 'really yummy'! Well worth a visit.

Been there several times and every time food and service were beyond my expectations.the athmopshere were very nice.staff were very smily and helpful even though it was a busy sat night.they actually sang happy birthday song once for a customer which was nice.i would definetly recommend you to go there and would definetly go again
