The food was good with quite a selection. There are televisions everywhere which is great if you are there for a Heineken Cup rugby weekend! Could be intrusive if you're not.
My friend & I went for lunch to the Huntsmann today. We are regulars and although the food is that bit more expensive than other places we usually enjoy it. The staff are usually v.attentive. Today we waited 40 minutes fior out food to arrive. When I asked the waitress was there a delay with our food,it was obvious our... More
I've eaten here a good few times and have always found the food to be top class. Staff are friendly and efficient also. It is a bit more expensive than normal places, but you are getting what you pay for!!
Food excellent, service fast and friendly. I would really recommend a visit. The cost is as good as you can get anywhere.
Me and my good friend recently traveled to Galway for our Birthdays, we ate here for all four days we were in Galway. I would say some of the best food I have ever ate!!
We had quite a nice meal: a shared appetizer of a unique spring roll filled with kale & goat cheese, fish & chips, and a yellow Dahl dish. Hearty portions and cooked well. Very tasty. Excellent service. A bit expensive, but appreciated the relaxed atmosphere.
I had Guinness, black pudding, fish and chips, and mess for dessert. Truly amazing taste!! The selection of meals was perfect, but I was in the mood for traditional, so fish and chips hit the mark. :-)
We have been here a number if times for lunch both weekdays and weekends and it is always busy which to me indicates a good thing. been there few times for lunch, and is ok for lunch food, but very disappointing for dinner, brought there few friends for dinner and it was very poor food, I had chicken filet, and was as dry as hell. no one at the table was happy with there food. the only good food I had that night was the dessert.
Waited a while for our coffee and and had to ask several, but the food made up for the slow service. We ordered the fish and chips and the peri peri chicken. It was very fresh and tasty. Well worth a trip, we will be back.
