Description: Just off of St Stephens Green One Pico is one of Dublins hottest dining destinations. But with acclaimed chef Eammon OReilly at the helm and a number of accolades including; "2010 Dublin Chef of The Year" by The Irish Restaurant Awards, but most importantly (in our opinion) a Toptable Gold award. One Pico isnt all about fashion and being seen in the latest hot spot. Exceptionally good service is the ideal accompaniment to stunning modern classic food all beautifully prepared on the premises and a simple, sophisticated dcor where intimacy is guaranteed. A monthly changing menu ensures youll never grow bored of One Picos impressive seasonal cooking with its homely Irish twist.

From the reviews I had expected a world-class restaurant on only a slightly lower level than Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud. Unfortunately, One Pico did not come close. The pate was bland, the duck unexciting and the service so slow and disinterested as to be almost atrocious despite the restaurant being half empty. However, my wife had the steak which she thought... More

Went here for anniversary, partner had been on a number of occasions with colleagues of work. I hadn't in a number of years. Excellent service nothing was too much bother. My partner got a mojito which he said was one of the best he had drunk. Food was excellent scallaps and pork belly and langoustine risotto for starters and monkfish.... More

This place has its flaws, it's hard to deny that, but overall though I have to say I enjoyed my experience here. It may seem a bit strange but I did give it a very good score despite deciding never to go back (once off experience only I recommend if you must). The location is fairly good, central and close... I met a friend for Lunch here recently as it had gone off our radar. The room is very nice & the service was excellent. The food was good. Its a little hidden gem off the beaten track. More

Lovely atmosphere. Very attentive, friendly staff. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Food was creatively served and tasted delicious. We had a birthday celebration and they produced an amazing plate decorated with little treats - wonderful. More

Went here on a Sunday night. We had heard great things about it. On our arrival we were seated bg a great waiter and given the menus. There was only a table d'hote menu and one of the five mains were off for the evening. A little strange as it was only 7pm when we sat. However putting all that... More

Was so looking forward to going to one pico for a christmas night out - Had heard so many good things about it. Had hard time booking babysitter but managed it. We arrived 10 minutes early at 8.20 to be told our reservation at 8.30 would not be honoured by the restaurant as the chef had decided to close the... More

Went for dinner on my birthday while in Dublin. The service was excellent and the food amazing. I had the langoustine risotto starter and chicken which were both fabulous (especially the lobster which was so sweet and tender). My husband had the beetroot and goat cheese starter which was not only delicious but beautiful and the cod. For dessert I... More
