Some previous reviewers have mentioned "Best breakfast in Dublin," "great find," and "cute." I agree with all of them. As a group of five, which contained a vegetarian we were looking for a place that could cater for us. We came across the Ruby Duck, which looked busy, but had space and was advertising its veggie options on a board... More

We loved this little cafe. The food is a delicious taste of te best of Ireland and the staff is warm and inviting. It was a wonderful first meal for us here in Dublin and we will always love coming back. Thank you Ruby!!!

Never have I seen such bad service in an establishment. On arrival the menu looked reasonably priced & the cafe was bright & clean; downhill from there! Waitor took our order without a please or thanks, he didn't even look at us & was quiet dismissive when he spoke to us. 1/2 our order arrived promptly but it was wrong!... More

The worst service you could imagine, in short got our order totally wrong, the guy serving us had very poor English, the lady that also served us told my wife to just leave when she complained that the order was totally wrong!!!!!!! Just AVOID at all costs !! A joke

The food (breakfast) was cooked to the highest standards, the value for money was above average and I would like to start every day with warm bread, fresh coffee and a special herb sausage that made me smile. all in all one of the best wee cafe's I have been to even had a good laugh with the waitress.

This place was right across the street from the Morgan, where we stayed. They serve a great breakfast and it is not crazy expensive. Well worth it.

Two of us visited for breakfast, ordering a veggie Irish and a full Irish breakfast. Service was fast and friendly, with good coffee. The food was really great ("Best sausage ever" says the meat eater). It was nice to have a small, independent cafe in Temple Bar. Breakfast for two, with coffee, came to just under €20.

I have been here twice with a large group for breakfast and both times the breakfast was lovely and service was great. No issue with making slight changes to what was on the menu and no shortage of tea & coffee refills and more bread being offered without having to look for it first. Will definately be back here again!
