The Co-op has a shop downstairs and cafe upstairs. Great for vegans and those who are gluten free etc. Food in the cafe is veggie and has an alternative vibe. The shop has organic wholefood and products. Staff are very helpful. More

well the food is very good and healthy but the place is very simple and the floor is quite weird. It seems You are going to fall down on the floor below. Price is ok but considered the place could be better. in the end good homemade vegetarian food. More

This wonderful restaurant overlooks the River Lee in downtown Cork just across a pedestrian bridge where the Grand Parade meets the South Mall. It is in a gorgeous period building on two floors over its own health food shop. Everything about this vegetarian restaurant exudes class. The self-service counter is always staffed by somebody who seems to plan their day... More

I love the place to go and grab my sit down take away! Very chill out and casual relaxed atmosphere, the place is like a self service cantine where you order at the counter ... loads of vegetarian and whole healthy options! Now I prefer the place during the week it seems like the food tastes much better for some... More

This is a nice spot for a veggie lunch. It also stays open later than most cafes in cork. Upstairs there is a nice view of grand parade. They always have lovely bread and lovlier soup. More

Even if you are not a vegetarian, this place rocks. Meals served are made from local ingredients, well balanced healthy and great value. It is always my choice for a lunch spot if I am in town center. More

I found the Quay Coop's restaurant--upstairs from their health food store--to be a nice place to sit and take my time at lunch, or grab something take-away for dinner. Hearty portions of vegetarian food that mostly hits the mark. The tarts (quiches) are great--big slice tasting of very fresh eggs, offered with two hot or cold veggie sides. Take-away came... More
