Last Friday evening at the Rising Tide, you could hardly wish for more!. Firstly, a stroll around the green areas by the water, a glass of wine at one of the little outdoor bistro tables before dinner and then dinner in the restaurant - altho the weather was so beautiful, you could easily have eaten outside as indeed many people... We recently dined here after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and seeing all the awards the restaurent has received, it did not disappoint. Every course got better and better. I wish I could have the Thai mussels every day. Fish (sole) was cooked to perfection, which I find even the best restaurants get wrong. My advice is to come hungry... More

It was a miserable day and I was in a miserable mood. I just wanted food. The minute I entered the restaurant its ambiance cheered me up. I was seated upstairs. The sofa instead of a chair was so comfy. I had Tempura Prawns with a plum sauce. I just wanted to go to the kitchen and see how the... More

Went into the Rising Tide today with the family to celebrate our sons communion. The food and service was excellent. All family members came away saying what a great meal it was. My brother even went as far as to say it was one of the best meals he had, had in a while. I had the fish cakes starter... More

Food was excellent for lunch menu, slightly expensive for what we got, but very fresh and well presented. Staff were very friendly. Very cramped seating though, we were a group of 8 and were packed in on top of each other.
