The Riva is a great place to eat. All the staff looked after you all the time, but not to much. We had a window seat, and watched the river go by. We could of stayed there all night it was just so relaxing.

I tried rica for the first time last month. It was cosy inside and the staff very at tentative. The food didn't take long to arrive and was absolutely immense. I ate at around 6.30 on a Monday so not exactly the busiest time. Had a great meal. Wood pigeon was lovely . The pasta was fantastic. Really couldn't fault it. 5 glasses of wine olives and bread, wood pigeon starter, seafood pasta, fries, Creme brûlée pudding for 40 quid. Yes it was all for me. Great views. Great food....

I dined at Riva Pizzeria upstairs with my dad this evening as we were eager to try it out.
The staff are very friendly, and serve you very quickly. They are also very cheery too.

Lovely view of the river at night when the lights under the bridge change colour. Excellent food and service. Friendly staff and excellent value. £48 for two course evening meal with bottle of wine and coffee. Also has a pizza restaurant upstairs.
We were on a business trip and a colleague recommended this restaurant for italian food. It was superb and very reasonable as we had the early evening menu.

We had a lovely meal here. We were upstairs in the pizzeria - other more expensive options are available in the downstairs restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. The views over the river were lovely (ask for a window seat). The food was yummy as was the Rioja, Will be back.
Sumptuous food, attentive service and excellent value for money. The house merlot very silky, lovely. Table looking up at the castle, magical.
