Went on Saturday with my parents. I usually play it safe and go to my old fave the Italian cafe. However, I'd read all the positive reviews re la famiglia, I thought I'd try it out. Glad I did and its eorth the trip into the siburbs. The chicken liver parfait with chutney was amazing, the flavours merged lovely with... More

We went to this lovely restaurant tonight for the second time this year. It was quite honestly some of the best food I've had in Glasgow. Lobster ravioli was a conversation stopper. just perfect! hake with cauliflower puree and also raisin puree which was really different and delicious. the way it was presented on the plate was just beautiful. Pistachio... More

I love this place! Nico is a fantastic chef and his food is delicious. He obviously uses quality produce and I have no complaints whatsoever about the food (especially the gnocchi!), staff, atmosphere and price. It is worth every penny. I have been a few times and I have found the service to be excellent. :)

Small cosy restaurant which you need to seek out but worth the find!! Best authentic Italian food I've found in Glasgow with attention to detail in the flavours and presentation.. 1 of my guest was a vegetarian and was delighted to be given about 8 different options from the manager of fresh homemade raviolis other dishes.. If you are a... More

We really enjoyed our visit to this Italian eatery in Cleveden. The food is lovely and service spot on. We have been three times now and the experience is good. They also do an early evening menu that is great value. Best of ll we can walk to it!!

Local restaurant but first visit for us under the ownership of Nico Simeone who is also the chef. The oxtail ravioli is a trailblazer.with intense flavours, perfect al dente ravioli and melt in the mouth oxtail. Main courses are generous, Perfectly cooked pink lamb for my husband and tender hake for me. I did not really need the chunky and... More

We have eaten at this restaurant quite a few times now and have always enjoyed the food. The chef is quite innovative at times trying out new combinations. I do like his risottos either as a starter or a main course but haven't had anything to complain about yet and we have always found the service to be friendly and... More

Great skill in the kitchen, nice upmarket feel to the room - but soul-less. Not really what you want when heading out for nice Italian food - perhaps just me, but the whole designer panache, doesn't work. The service seemed cool to us - but we're not regulars, so perhaps that was the issue there. The food is very good... More

Despite the quite atmosphere the staff are knowledgeable, food was delicious and our party of four had a great time. Would highly recommend the oxtail ravioli... and every other dish.

The food is of an extremely good standard, some of the dishes wouldn't look out of place in high end establishments. Amuse bouche, pre desserts are all accomplished and the starter of rabbit terrine is exceptional. Imagine my surprise that that the dish of the day was in fact the chef himself, tall, dark and handsome, we will definitely be... More
