the spot is hidden one floor up, the space is nice and nice decor aswell. Only had time for a coffee, but Edinburgh has been crying out for a place like this. It's above the Frederick Street shops and the bay window gives superb views. Visited Frederick coffee house on numerous occasions now and all I can say not even one been disappointed. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, coffee is so smooth and food is delicious. Just the right place for quick lunch with friends or just relaxing time with the cup of coffee and a book

In a very busy city its great to go somewhere were you can relax, chill out and have a great cup of coffee, and Fredericks is definately that. This is a great place for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner right bang in the centre of town. I have visited many many times and the staff always say hello. This place does the best soup anywhere. The service is lovely too and location so easy to get to.
