I have been dining out at the Craigie Inn at least once every couple of months since it has opened. I have to say that the Food is absolutely exceptional however the service recently has been getting worse every time I visit. When it first opened I used to think it was so friendly and efficient with great staff who... More

My husband and I were looking for somewhere new to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we opted to try the Craigie Inn as many friends had recommended it for it's food. We chose to go on a Sunday evening and although we had booked, the inn was not too busy which was nice. The service was good, very friendly and... More

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic meal to celebrate his 30th birthday. After being greeted by friendly staff we were shown to a neatly presented table. Service was quick and courteous and we were presented with a menu that was difficult to pick from - everything sounded delicious! After spending way too long deciding we chose mussels and scallops... My boyfriend took me to the craigie inn to celebrate our first year together last tuesday (17/04/2012) and after hearing great reviews of the restaurant from his family and my co-workers. I was excited and looking forward to the meal, I can definately say I was not disappointed in the menu. So much choice for me, had settled on scallops... More

What an amazing find, certainly worth a visit. The menu provides excellent choice for all tastes and is very reasonably priced for such good quality and well presented food. During the week there is a special menu with a selection of main meals for only £7.95 although even the usual main menu meals aren't that far over a tenner. Pudings... More

Located in the tiny village of Craigie this restaurant serves excellent quality food. We enjoyed the light tempura starter and the twice cooked chicken served with pancetta and fried potatoes topped with an unctious creamy sherry sauce. The cajun chicken breast from the lunch specials was lightly spiced served with pilau rice and an almost sweet, buttery curry sauce. The... More

This inn is in the village of Craigie and is very welcoming. The food is lovely but quite pricey. Staff and ambience welcoming and friendly. Lovely for a special occasion
