Top notch. The service is excellent. The staff are all so friendly. The bar is well stocked and well mixed I will add. The food is great, but I would say a bit over priced. All in all a terrific place.

Bartenders that take great pride in their profession and pay attention to the fine art of preparing a cocktail! Selection of spirits is vast. However, poor beer selection and nothing on tap.

It was stirred the way God intended and I was able to specify my particular level of dry or wet. Don't ask, olive, of course. Complimentary... More

We really enjoyed our brief visit to the finest hotel in Belfast – The Merchant. This multi million dollar revamp of the old HQ for the Ulster Bank, complete with many of the original Italian fittings is truly exquisite! It even has its own art gallery! We went to The Bar for a late lunch and we were ecstatic to... More
