Visited the above as part of a party of 5. Staff very frendly, service good, food very good. Would recommend and definitely go back in the future.

It's about a year since I visited now but would definitely go back. The service was good (although this was probably helped by us being one of only three groups in at the time) and the owner made an effort to speak to us and explain the various dishes. The food was all lovely, with some dishes exceptional.

As Tio Pepe is tucked away from town, it's taken me a while to get round to going, but wow - how disappointing. Don't get me wrong, the tapas was fine, but it wasn't great. We had a really lovely evening, we were well looked after, the food is totally delicious, you forget you're in chilly Leeds for an evening and feel like you're in Spain! Highly recommend.
