Excellent drink and food- lovely old cottage with lots of history to it. Staff nice and friendly and very good service
My daughter and I had a lovely day out in lavenham, looking at all the historic buildings. It started to rain and although there are many tearooms in lavenham we chose this one well let me just say it won't happen again. I think it was the rain that drove us here as from the outside it doesn't exactly look... More
Having visited Lavenham on other business we were in desperate need of refreshments and preferably lunch even though it was past 3pm! We were greeted by a lovely lady and friendly smile, within moments of sitting down, offering us drinks. Having ordered drinks my husband and I started looking at the menu and discussing choices; the waitress came and and... More
The owner of Tickled Pink warned us that the ghost of a man in a grey cloak in the company of a large dog had often been seen by guests but he didn't visit that day. Great cakes, great tea, great service and great value. All the cakes and scones are baked in the shop..............a must do if you are in Lavenham.
Another trip overseas,,another chance for this tearoom,,not again,,still as bad as last time,,rude,,slow,,food horrid,,,old man still doesn't know how to treat his customers
Had lunch here went up a very narrow stair case to a table over looking street. The house is extremely old and is fascinating to see all the old beams etc.We had nicely prepared baguettes and soup.
My father an I went to Lavenham for a drive and a look around as I have just moved to Brent Eleigh, we had lunch in this tea room and found the place fantastic, the service was very good and always done with a smile, the food was excellent, even my father enjoyed the food which I can tell you... The young dark haired girl who didn't give us her name, who served us here was bright as a button smiling all the time and on our last day she reprieved eating places in Lavenham for service. We had tried a few of the tearooms and pubs locally and my wife got ill at one place. We stayed in the... More
At first I thought I was going to be disappointed here as the lady manageress said we were just too late for lunch. However she quickly qualified this by saying a variety of sandwiches, cakes and scones were all still to be had. I love a cream tea at any time so my friend and I opted for cream tea... More
