Front of house staff were lovely, the food was average but cold! Complained and got new dishes and lots of apologies but spoil the experience. Shame you can't leave a tip for the waiting staff that is deducted from the kitchen staff's wages.!

Avoid this place unless you enjoy poor service and expensive frozen food.

At Keats this place is consistent; it's food is always crap. Nasty slimy calamari that was inedible and sent back, limp salads, calzones devoid of anything but dough. Fairly grumpy lazy stupid staff complete the picture. Don't bother unless you have been starving in a desert for 40 days and 40 nights.
