I recommend this restaurant as a new experience if you have not tried Korean food before. The service is good, maybe even over-attentive. If possible, ask advice so you avoid our mistake which was choosing too many complicated dishes and no plain boiled rice to accompany and "dilute" them. Probably best to ask for tap-water at the start and save... More

Went for lunch, service was appalling, had to go and ask for waitress to ordered. They bought food to us without telling us what it was. We received 1 main meal without rice, so by the time we got the rice it was cold. 20 minutes later another 2 meals came out, then once we had been there over an... More

I have tried several bbq style restaurants in London in the quest for finding one worthy of my money, and Arang wins every time. Reservations are essential early in the day for that evening, no point calling them at 4pm for an evening table. This restaurant is always filled with various oriental diners, so that should tell you all you... More

For those who like the real thing in Korean food, this restaurant is among the best in London. Staff are friendly and helpful and BBQ is kept clean and will be changed during the meal if they see that a new one is needed. Atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant offers value for money.

Staff polite and not exactly friendly but approachable. The food was average. Staff offer very quick and good service with helpful advice on what to order. The kim chi was fantastic!

This is my favourite Korean place. After you order they bring you some little typical starters, then comes the BBQ with excellent quality meat and it's very tasty. The noodles were also very good. The service they provide is great and they always have a smile. And last but not least it is good value. A place to recommend!

Having lived in Korea I consider myself to know about Korean food, and this is one not to be missed. Authentic in-table grills with air extractors over every table. The BBQ was melt in your mouth lucious, the dok-bokki was devine, squid perfectly cooked, and bibimbap mouth watering! The only bad thing is having to order your sides as extras... More

We visited Arang during the first week of August, when due to the riots, traffic was slow. We had diner, choosing some vegetable disches, raviolis, bulgogi and other beef bbq. Food was very fresh, good tast and original preparations, no fuzzy Asian fusion where they misunderstand what the food is actually about... Service was very good, and price was very... More
