Were once big fans of the Giraffe chain, having a young daughter and enjoying the breezy undemanding menu. However on too many recent occasions - both here and in others around London & Surrey, we've too often had lacklustre service and very mean looking lifeless plates of canteen-like food. At the Southbank you now have far more options to choose... More

We took our staff to London for the day and visited the cafe once again. We had to wait a long time to get served and kept asking staff if we could order. Then the food came out. It was okish. One person had poached egg on ciabatta and his egg was snotty so they took it back. When it... More

We stopped for an early lunch (brunch) snack at 11am, before queuing for the nearby London Eye. Our kids loved the fact that they could start colouring first thing, while the parents made up their mind what to order. The kids' meals were delivered with little touches they adored: a little plastic giraffe attached to the straws of the smoothies,... More

We had booked the table via your website for 9 people at 1930. I spoke to the Manager on the 04/05 to extend the booking to 11people which they explained was ok as there was a big table that we could use. We arrived at the restaurant at 1930 and were kept waiting until 2000 where we were put on... More

Just called in after getting off the London Eye and expected it to be really busy. To our surprise we were shown staright to a table and served quickly. Very friendly staff, nice food, good value, great location - a lovely end to our first day in London!

The food is fairly reasonable. The draw for us was that it was super kid friendly!

we had dinner here and the food was ok, i had the fajitas, the taste was very good but it looked more like a lasagna than traditional fajitas with all different sauces, but it tasted very good. My wife had the vegetarian wrap and it was good. the smoothy she drank was very tasty, the draught beer was nothing special.... More

We ate at this Giraffe location before going to see a show in London. We arrived around noon and were quickly seated. Shortly after we arrived, quite a line formed waiting for seats. It seems like a very busy location. Service was friendly and fast. We dined with our 8 and 9 year old children, and they had a fun... More
