Went in on a Sunday evening greeted by a friendly waitress who seated us and took our orders, service was excellent with nobody in our party of 4 having anything to complain about through our 3 courses, food was excellent as was the atmosphere with the piano player and attentive staff, will return on further visits to London.

went on a recomendation from mother in law, nice home cooked italian food, allthough i did find the menu a little sparse with limited choice, what was on offer was to a good standard. really enjoyable experience was made complete with a gentleman playing the piano in the corner

Pizza was very tasty with a nice thin crispy base (salami and peppers topping), service was efficient and pleasant, house wine ok. Cost less than £20 for a good sized pizza and a drink. I'd eat here again if I was in the area.

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton - West End which is only a few steps away from this restaurant so I had dinner here on my first night with my Mum and sister. We had the minestrone soup, salad, steak and spaghetti bolognese. The food was definitely not the best Italian we've had but the added good service as well... More

When my mates from Weymouth came to visit I took them to Verdi in Southampton Row, where I know they serve first-class fish specialities. The fare was fresh and satisfying, with select preparation. My mates were really impressed with my choice of restaurant, and we ordered champagne to toast our comradeship. Thanks to Verdi for making that evening particularly special.

My boss brought our whole team here for a celebration. What a wise choice! The atmosphere was relaxed and classy. The perfect combination for impressing us suits! The service was prompt and friendly, the food was excellent Italian cuisine. A great selection of meat and fish dishes were on the menu. My fried scampis were delicious. A few colleagues opted... We went for steak, pasta, wine and the nightly pianist. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The garlic bread the best we have ever had and the piano playing adding to the evening. Recommended.

The staff were pleasant as was the minestrone, but the chefs speciality meatballs with spaghetti were served on an overflowing plate with an unpleasant tomato based sauce.
