Yes, the welcome and service is friendly. However, the music was so loud my guests and I could not hear each other. Our steaks were tough as old boots and the food rather disappointing. Gaucho at More London and Canary Wharf are considerably better in every way.

We were greeted at the door and taken to our table, we had brilliant service from our waiter all night and the food was quick to come, not bad value for fresh steak and really yummy chips. I would def go back!

The food was generally really good although the starters were disappointing. The meat was top quality. The desert was great. The service was great. The atmosphere is good. But it's all a little overpriced.
