Working in the West End I am lucky enough to never be far from Quaglinos. I have been 3 times and like the fact that it feels quite opulent without being ridiculously priced. They are always offering a set menu which is fantastic value for money (their fish and chips is perfect for those with an appetite) and the dishes... More

We must have sat at the 'apprentice table'. Orders went wrong - really cheap bread, dishes had to be sent back. Then they got the head waiter to find out why we didn't want to pay any gratuity. I wouldn't go back.

Quaglino's, London Wonderful setting, attentive staff, delicious food. Superb choice. I like the fact this place is hugely open and the atmosphere can be hard to hear over, but great place, and the food's good too.

I was wowed by the decor. So stylish and glamorous. The Maitre D' was not very welcoming; distant and dismissive.......in fact, he was just plain rude. Last minute.com offer of £19.50 for 2 courses and a glass of champs ( the real stuff ). Nice meal which was quite small portions but certainly enough and plenty of bread. Great service and a lovely cocktails bar with live music. Yes you need to buy your sides as extras but that was expected and we payed about £35... More
