Placed at table between reception desk and door to back kitchen by front of Restaraunt. Told no other tables available with even a wait. Felt brushed off, no effort to make it up to us (free drink would have been a good touch). This was on a Monday night!!

This is a wonderful restaurant in a great central location close to Trafalgar Square. The Fish Pie is deservedly famous, and while the cooking is not especially adventurous, it is of a very high quality, and the excellent fish is rightly left to speak for itself. A fine lunctime location.

Super fresh seafood. The space is cramped though. We had 6 people. Way too small table for 6 men but they wouldn't seat us elsewhere. Smoked haddock was very good. Sardines just ok. For the price, I wouldn't necessarily go back.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and have always had a very enjoyable time. Fish is cooked to perfection...desserts are out of this world...service polite and discreet ...great decor..a very convivial setting....this place is faultless!!!!
