The best thing about Busaba is the calamari starter. Very tasty. Had pad thai, which was also good, but not quite spicy enough. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good bit of Thai food in London.

Very modern Thai restaurant. Good, tasty food. Nothing pretentious. Great for a quick lunch at a relaxing, beautiful place.
I've been to Busaba a few times and always had a reasonably good experience for the price paid. However the prices this time were much higher than I remember and portions were somewhat lacking in size. My ginger beef dish was tasty but must have been 50% onion with only a handful of pieces of beef - poor value at...

This was a delight to find in the clutter. Their service is fast and the community table makes you feel at home with friends and family. The best part was the genrous portioning and the authentic thai food. We had dinner twice during our 5 day trip to London. Cheers
I have eaten at The various branches of the Busaba Eathai chain over the years and have always found the food to be authentic and tasty. Enjoyed a great green papaya salad and a very delicious and super spicy jungle curry. However the staff seem at best totally disinterested in their customers. Not really surprising considering no service charge is...

Been going to there restaurants since they opened. We all know they can charge the reasonable prices for tasty food by dishing it out fast and having a high cover turnover. Fair enough. Standards have slipped recently. Staff are poor at communicating and take complaints about food personally. The rice was cold - don't cry about it or even argue...

This restaurant serves superb tasting Thai food at very competitive prices. Not a restaurant to choose for an evening experience. It is more an 'in & out' which is what I expected.
The place doesn't seem quite sure what it is! Communal benches but rather high prices. Courses heavy on the liquids and light on substace but interesting tasting. Service not that quick but they seem too keen to get you out once they've served you.
A few months ago, we ate at this restaurant on Store Street after seeing a film nearby which finished at 11 pm. We arrived at the restaurant by 11.15 pm and, though the restaurant claims to serve until 11.30 pm, we were told we had to order immediately and the staff was very rude...we left the restaurant as it gave...

This was my first visit here and I had Tom Ga soup with chicken, which was excellent. Interesting decor. Great service.
