We found this by chance when staying nearby and had a lovely meal. Portions are large and very tasty! Would recommend to anyone in the area and that you arrive hungry.
We have recently moved close by and decided to try Cotto's, especially as they serve Gluten free dishes which is a rarity in much of London. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful (we were even given advice on taking up Italian lessons) and the food was lovely. The restaurant appears to be a family run restaurant and had...

We visited cottos for dinner after a day trip to London, and chose it because of its extensive gluten free menu ,and if you have allergies you will not be dissapointed! The menu showed a wide range of dishes for starter, main and dessert, all of which could be made gluten free, the food was lovely, and best of all...

Having visited this Italian restaurant a couple of years ago , we planned a weekend in London based on getting a table for Saturday night here. One of our daughters is Coeliac and it is such a delight for her to have a meal somewhere which has a complete ( and I mean complete ) menu for her to chose from...

More staff than guests. Uncomfortable chairs and no decor to speak of. No time to put your fork down before plates are removed. The food was fairly tasteless and nothing special, my starter lacked seasoning and the main course was a calzone covered in too much 'cold' sauce swimming in a plate of oil.
I had the best gluten-free Italian meal ever in this restaurant. The owner makes his own flour blend (which is very tricky with gluten-free flour) and I got the home-made gnocci which was to-die for. My husband's regular meal was also delicious. The owner even gave us a shot of lemoncello at the end of the meal (probably because I...

The service was irritatingly effuse yet not efficient. My pasta dish was undercooked (and it's hard to undercook pasta) and smothered in a very rich, heavy and gloopy tomato sauce which obliterated any flavour in the ravioli. No salad offered on the menu but one provided when asked. No cheese and biscuits to replaace the puddings on the menu could...

Had a very enjoyable meal at the Cotto on our first night of a few days' break in London. It was within walking distance from our hotel (the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge) and we got a table without booking (although it was still early evening). We were seated upstairs though, alone for half of the time we were there, so...

We visited Cotto for dinner as our children wanted to have some pizza. The adults accommodated to this and hoped to get something nice, like a special pasta or meat dish. Visiting as a family with 2 children, we picked 4 main courses and 4 desserts.
The key characteristics can be described as follows: a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, average...
