The food was very good and authentic. We had the pleasure of enjoying: - the Fresh Tomato Salsa and Chips: As expected from any good Mexican restaurant, the salsa was fresh and spicy, with the tomatoes blending expertly with the onions and chilies. For those not used to Mexican levels of spice, this might be a little bit over-the-top, but... More

Fun atmosphere, very reasonably priced menu. Interesting choices. Good childrens menu. Excellent service. All of us will be going back.

Enjoyed a nice meal here today with a friend. We tried a variety of dishes, and all were good. Huge range of flavours, some spicy, some less so. Puddings were nice too. The meal was slightly spoiled by a family at the next table with badly behaved kids, but can't really blame the restaurant for that! only other slight issue... More

This restaurant of past Master Chef winner, Thomasina Miers always delivers; on atmosphere, on food, on service and on price. Be prepared for a wait as no booking is permitted but Mexican drinks and dips help pass the time. Market food is the way to go.

Amazing food. The street food is a great idea and every dish we tried was full of flavour. Didn't all taste the same as can be the case with Mexican food in other restaurants. Highly recommended. Only downside is you can't book a table

I just love Mexican food, and a friend of mine recommended Wahaca to me, and I just had to try it out. So I brought another friend and we were ready to go all Mexican near Covent Garden... First of all, the entrance and waiting area inside the restaurant spontanously gave me a good vibe... We were greeted by a... More

A really good mexican. Has a really lively atmosphere, Mexican music and really colourful decor. The waiter was really helpful at explaining the dishes and gave us some really good recommendations. The 'street food' is like mexican tapas and there is a really good selection. The flavours were fantastic. The deserts where also really good. Very reasonably priced for the... More

The best Mexican food I have had outside Mexico. The tapas style street food menu is definitely the way go and is very reasonably priced given the proximity to Coventry Garden. My third visit and certainly not my last!

The reviews I had read said there would be a long wait and despite the queue when we arrived, we only waited 15 minutes. Staff were welcoming and the reservation set up on arrival appeared very organised to cope with the influx of customers. We were overwhelmed by the menu choices and having never dined at Wahaca before, decided on... More

I've been to the Wahaca chain a few times, and as you can guess, I love it. Always a busy place, but then that's what you guess with a popular restaurant. Anyhoo this one is a little more relaxed, nice to chill out and tuck in too some decent reasonably priced tasty food.. Give it a go.. You'll be glad... More
