Stopped by here for an unanticipated dinner after a couple of drinks after work. We had the last remaining table outside, and the place was packed inside and out. The food really was good and good value also. The veal was particularly tasty. Service really efficient and friendly.

We took the trouble to book our visit to this neighbourhood Italian. When we arrived on time we could see no free tables and were swiftly informed that they had taken in a large party which hadn't yet finished - and yes, there was our booking on the sheet in front of them. Not quite what you expect.

I had to grab a very quick dinner on the fly and wandered into Atttilio's...thank goodness!! I was shown to a table, my house red (which was nice...perfect for throwing down with a bowl of pasta) was with me inside of a minute and after 3 minutes I had placed my order. Some 7 minutes later my food arrived...an amazing... More

I rather liked this little Italian restaurant...full of character and life. We chose from the set menu and I thoroughly enjoyed my avocado with prawns followed by a very tasty Spaghetti Carbonara then a liqueur and amarreto biscuit. Up to this point the service had been friendly and good. However, it was rather disappointing to be suddenly presented with the... More

On a Sunday, there is not much chose in the area so we opted for this classic restaurant. It stated 9.95 pounds for a starter of choice, a main and some cookies and amaretto to finish. I chose the advocado with vinaigrette which was nice and the gnocchi mushroom and cream sauce. The mushrooms were very crunchy (overcooked). While we... More

I was walking down the street with two friends looking for a place to eat. The manager standing in front of this restaurant implored us to stop and have a bite. We did, and what a great decision! We ended up eating outside on the street, and we spent the rest of the evening chatting with other customers, as well... More

When we asked our cabby if he knew of a good Italian restaurant in the district he wheeled around and dropped us at Attilio's. Thank goodness he did. We felt like we were in a small tratoria in Italy, maybe 10 tables. Greated with free glass of Prosecco each. I had the best sea bass in my life here. Partner... More

My husband and I dined here recently upon the recommendation of a local shop keeper and we weren't disappointed. We were greeted warmly and seated with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Our main meal pastas were beautiful and the mixed garden salad was fresh and delicious. For dessert we had tiramisu and cheesecake both of which were quite nice.... More

Went here one evening with a friend. Very handy for the Barbican and that area. Not big, but very friendly, lovely food, great value. A lovely place.

There are a couple of outside tables here, so we sat at one of them - no great view, but it's nice to eat al fresco. Service was friendly and fairly quick, prices reasonable. Although only one of us had the set menu at around £11.95, we were both presented with the amaretto biscuits and liqueur with our coffee which... More
