I went today for lunch and contrary to what other people say the door was opened! Once inside they showed me where to seat without too much eye contact as mentioned from other reviewers. I didn't know but I guessed that I had to tick with a pen the dishes that I wanted on a copy of the menu and... More

This place is generally packed out and you have to wait outside until there is a table (same thing in the sister restaurant around the corner). They don't accept reservations. But it's well worth the wait. Particularly good are the fresh made dumplings and the sticky pork "burger", as well as the sticky rice topped with pork (spiced with cinnamon,... More

Had a meal at this restaurant. Had Borneo chicken with Jasmine rice. Service was prompt. Food was good, although I wanted it a bit more spicy. Prices were reasonably.

I have eaten at Leong's Legend many times and absolutely love it. The inside is really intimate and pretty and nothing like many of the brightly lit, busy all you can eat buffets that are all over china town! The food is good - I highly recommend the Pork Belly with rice (about £6 i think) and the dim sum... More

Interesting decor, good selection of dimsum and taiwanese dishes to.smaple from. Although the xiao long bao skin was slightly thick overall taste was still very good. The char siew pau, century egg porridge and dough frittees made a dream combination. Was not so impressed with beef pattie that came with pastry, oyster omellet had a fragrany vingear taste to it... Very simple review to write. The food was average but suited our needs. Unfortunately the waitresses seem preoccupied playing with a child who was running through the restaurant. This child ran all over crashing into things and people with the waitresses playing with him instead of assisting their customers. Shame!

location excellent; cuisine seems good (my partner is Taiwanese and she seemed quite happy from the culinary point of view). hard to ignore the lousy service though, even by London standards (generally low) they really need to tell their waitresses to be polite.
