I joined my friends for Sunday lunch at Elephant on the Hill last week. We reserved a table online with no probems and the staff were very nice about the fact we turned up almost half an hour late. Ordered roast dinners the service was good, fast and polite, however the food was very bland it all tasted the same had to add a lot of salt & pepper for a bit of flavour gravy was like water, not worth the money

“Friendly neighbourhood pub in SW London with good fresh produce on the menu”

They serve up fresh produce very well at Elephant on the Hill. Extensive wine list, and friendly service. Only criticism is that they could change the menu a bit more regularly, or maybe have a couple of specials in addition to the regular pub-food meals (beer battered fish, burger). But the quality of the limited selection is very good.

We've been here a few times as it's local, and it's good - good solid food, nice environment, not too expensive.
