Very nice guy running the place, it was recommended by a local business man.Simple place ,fresh hot food , will return .
Cute little cafè close to Brick Lane. The waiter (maybe also the owner) was kind and funny with us. We eat tipical Indian dishes, Tikka Chicken Kebab roll. Very cheap, the total amount for 4 main dishes, 2 starter and 3 bottles of water was 34 £. I would definetely recomend this place if you like spicy indian dishes.
Lured in by ecstatic reviews, my wife and I indulged in our favourites: Tandoori grill and Chicken Tikka Massala. Nothing special... nothing bad either, but nothing to tell our friends or shout about down the road. The best thing about it is that you can bring in your own booze, which means you save a bundle if you have an... More
Having gone to the Cafe Naz, our long time favourite in Brick lane; and finding that it is no more we drowned our sorrows in "The Pride of Spitafields". The lovely landlady suggested that we try the Meraz Cafe, and we were not at all disappointed. They serve great food at reasonable prices, with friendly staff and it really was... More
We have been here many times. We love the authentic Indian cuisine meraz cafe offer. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have tried a lot of indian restaurants and this one is the best by far. It has delicious food at a fabulous price. We will not eat in any other Indian. Would highly recommended.
In the famous area around Brick Lane, Meraz cafe is a small cafe/restaurant where to eat excellent asian fusion food. I went there with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We loved it! Food was tasty and fresh. Menu is not huge but you can find the classic curry dishes as well as original recipes from india, bangladesh and... More
Off Brick Lane (London's "curry alley") by about 100yds, this small restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices. We had pakora and barrini aloo for starters, chicken birany and sag gorsht for main course with nan. All serverd hot, nicely balanced spices, and nicely presented. We will definitely recommend.
The service here was quick and the food was tasty and fresh. great for a quick bite to eat when you don't want a full sit down meal.
We are just back from a lovely stay in London where among other activities we enjoy sampling the amazing international cuisine. I work as a cooking school instructor so I also research new inspiration for my job. Meraz is hands down one of the best meals we have had during our 5 days visit. I was a bit worried about... More
