My husband likes his beer and so I look for restaurants that have a decent beer list. We were going to a comedy show off Leicester Square and were looking for a pre theatre venue. I thought of several but suddenly remembered Browns and went there. We had the pre theatre menu, beer, wine and one cocktail. The food was... More

Good food and good service My daughter ordered asparagus with her steak which faied to arrive ,but this was quickly rectified, although would have been better not having to wait for it,as she wanted to eat her steak while hot.

We were at matinee and decided to also do an evening show so stopped at Brown's for an early meal. It was very busy and I ended up sitting along a main walking area which was a little uncomfortable even though there were some other tables available (but they were set for 4). I also had a drink splashed on... More

This is one of our favourite eating places for our occasional visits to London shows. It is located within a short walk of numerous theatres and easily accessed from Covent Garden or Leicester Square undergrounds. The restaurant is cavernous yet is arranged to project a quite intimate atmosphere. Despite its size, we would recommend booking if possible - it is... More

This was a lot better than I had though as I've eaten in a few Browns before. Food good, quick, staff friendly. Worth a try.

When I lived in London, this place provided great food, a good atmosphere and pretty special service. Last week I returned for the first time in about a decade, accompanied by Vancouverites, thinking it would be a safe bet for the whole group. Well the service was patronising with lots of eye rolling and disinterest which I found very embarrasing.... More

Went for lunchtime catch up with a friend, service a little slow but friendly all the same. Food standard good but nothing special, would recommend as a regular place to do lunch but not for that extra special occasion.

I had dinner here in April of this year and really enjoyed the restaurant. Very high energy fun atmosphere with very good food, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff. Would go back again for sure.

If you're looking for simple food, a drink, and good atmosphere, this place is a good bet. Have been here several times, and have enjoyed it every time.
