In the otherwise touristy and overpriced bland food area of Kensington, this was a saving grace. The tripadvisor reviews are spot on. Great food, great area, very reasonable price.

Pierino's quickly became our go-to restaurant during the two weeks we were in London. Each time (OK, it was four times.) we felt warmly welcomed, received friendly, professional service and delicious, well-prepared dishes. We also felt we received excellent value. We tried many other places in South Kensington and Chelsea but none of them rated even one return visit.

I cannot work out why this restaurant has been so highly rated by many people. The dining area is cramped. We did not feel welcome when we arrived. The service is a bit remote. The food was perfectly fine standard Italian but nothing that deserves 5 stars. However the prices are reasonable for this standard of food.

Came across this small Italian restaurant on way to museums. What a gem - friendly service and fresh Italian food. Well worth a visit.
