3 of us arrived to be plonked on a table for 9 that wasn't set up with plates etc, we ordered drinks, still, no-one came to set the table, we ordered 3 starters and 3 mains, all came out together, still no-one had set the table, once all that food was on our table going cold the told us that... “Decent Chinese restaurant, marginal service”

I don't expect you'd find 5-star service at any of the restaurants in Chinatown, but service here seemed a bit abrupt. As with many hotels in the UK, they try to cram you into as small a table as they think they can, so I was sandwiched in with another party very closely. Overall, the food was good, if service...
