This pub is very nice in the summer sitting aound the Albert Dock, but it does get very busy when the sun is shining. The pub food is nice , but I must say the queue at the bar is alway been a long wait. Winter months are not so bad

On the corner of the ALBERT DOCK, this is a great gastro-pub. Pleasant interior, good menu and reasonable prices

With great views over the Marina, an interesting layout and lovely but not overwhelming decoration, the Pumphouse is a great place to stop for a rest after a stroll along the docks. Make sure to try some of the draught Real Ales here, typically served in old-fashioned pint glasses. Food is nice but not mind-blowing, and a bit on the... More

visited the city yesterday and ate here. we had the sunday lunch and this was perfectly cooked and very enjoyable, reasonable prices here too, a lot of the Albert Dock eateries were quite expensive. service good, desserts enjoyable, would thoroughly recommend and return when we are next in the area.

Convenient by the docks just right to drop in for a quick drink and a snack. On several levels with an interesting history, although that is not very evident inside. The beer is good and well priced and there is a range of reasonable food.

After a long and hetic day shopping and meeting family, we poped into the very busy Pumphouse. Maybe we should have taken this as a sign. Table service was non-exist and while trying to figure it out, we noticed that the food did look good, so we deicded to order. A shared starter, which was average, the service from the... More
