Just got a new menu in so thought we better give it a try, excellent value for great food and service. Very friendly and helpful staff - highly recommend. Full English all day breakfast for £3 and its massive. Definitely worth a visit. Children welcome and lovely garden situation right by the river, large free car park :)

The pub boasts the excellent location of sitting along the river Itchen overlooking Winchester's nature reserve. Stopped off on the way into town for the first time since they re-opened. Pub was looking nice and modern with friendly staff, great atmosphere and very welcoming. Drinks were mostly under £3 a pint!! and The food was very reasonably priced too. Will be sure to be back soon.

A warm friendly atmosphere with very welcoming staff. Great location by the river with a car park and good garden. Food is excellent value for money. Great for families. Would definitely recommend.
