What a find, really quirky little place, sitting surrounded by books, eating Thai food. Host and hostess were delightful and the food was full of flavour. Would recommend this place, take your own wine and pre book table.

Had been recommended this restaurant by a variety of people during our stay in Hastings, so decided to give it a go, though had been pre-warned about a cantankerous owner. Firstly, he wasn't cantankerous at all, just rather dry and one was never sure if he was joking or not.
The atmosphere is impossible to describe in this quirky restaurant....

I feel really bad that I’m not going to write a favourable review here, whereas everybody else on Trip Advisor seems loves this place and have nothing bad to say about it but I feel that I didn’t have such a great experience here.
This would be the second time I’ve been to the Broadway boulevard, the last time was...

We've been a few times and have always had a fabulous meal. The food is fresh and excellent and the atmosphere fun. Being a BYO adds to the whole package.
nothing quite prepares you for this, sitting in a second hand book shop eating some of the best home cooked thai food from a little open kitchen in the shop.this is really authentic cooking, the soup was amazing and you can read any book at the same time.i came home with quite a few.do book as it is often full with...

This is our first port of call if we're heading out for dinner, and we always tell people to visit it if they're in the area. A small but perfectly formed menu, cooked to order by Jun the chef. A really homely atmosphere where you sit among the eclectic range of second-hand books while glugging down your bring-your-own booze. We...

I visited this place on Friday for the first time and was blown away with its quirky little nooks and crannies. A simply awesome concept for a restaurant with the most delightful couple running the place. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was unique and the smell of old books just tops it off nicely. Ill definitely be back and...

This is one of our favourite resturants in Sussex. The food is Thai, but not the sort you normally get, what I would call 'home made', June the Chef/partner will make any changes to the dish you want and really cannot do enough for you, her husband (Graham) is front of house and has an interesting sense of humour, he...

This is heaven - great Thai food in a bookshop. The owners are delightful, fthe fellow diners were perfect company and the food is probably the best Thai I have had outside of Thailand. Love being able to BYO for a small fee and went home with some great new reads. I just wish it was closer to home for...

I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything is cooked to order, and the chef will ask you for any preferences and is happy to accommodate them. However a warning; if you say that you like thai food to be spicy it will be very hot! They sell a selection of soft drinks, though you are invited to bring your own...
