Overnight stop in Brighton and found this place purely by chance. Convivial hosts, nice atmosphere (very busy) and good food. The tapas menu is extensive without being ridiculous. I had grilled sardines to start, paella & a half-bottle of white Rioja. £22. You can't argue with that & I'm sure I'll return when next in Brighton.

Top class restaurant in Brighton for many years! Looks and feels like you are in Spain enjoying your tapas cooked in the best possible way! Apart from the fantastic normal menu they have lovely daily specials... excellent food, friendly staff and great atmosphere... highly recommended!

To make the most of Casa Don Carlos, I recommend a decent amount of friends, lots of dishes and lots of wine. This is a great place when it is all going on. I've been several times and my friends even hired it for their wedding reception. I don't know many tapas places in Brighton but don't overlook this one.
