Description: Located on the Kings Road in Brighton, Bar Aguadulce is a bright and buzzy spot popular with locals and daytrippers from the capital who all love the down-to-earth atmosphere and authentic Spanish menu. Serving everything from tapas to fresh fish and homemade puddings, Bar Aguadulce is a good spot for get-togethers and after-work drinks-and-dinner dates. Inside you'll find a simple dining room with polished wooden floors, cream walls and red and yellow accents, and the restaurant has a homely, chilled vibe. We love the presa Iberian pork pan-fried with garlic and bay leaves and served with potatoes; and the patatas mojopicon - deep-fried potatoes with a cumin, garlic and tomato salsa.

Fantastic tapas meal served for a group of fifteen ladies. We were late but the staff welcomed us warmly. Restaurant accommodated us all with ease and served us eight different tapas dishes and wine. Very reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone. More

Lovely atmosphere, great friendly service and the food was without a doubt the best tapas I have tasted - even including the tapas I've had in Spain! We... More

On a very cold and rainy Wednesday night, I arrived at Agua Dulce. I had never been there before, but it had been recommended to go by a friend, so I had booked a table for 10 people for my birthday. After a wonderfully warm welcome, we were seated, to find that more friends had arrived than expected, and our... More

We went here last night and had an excellent meal. There was a good variety of tapas to choose from and we enjoyed really tasty pollo con ajo, fried chorizo. pimientos de padron and stuffed squid, amongst other dishes. The restaurant was full when we arrived at 7.30pm and the ambience was typically Spanish with a mix of families, couples... More

Visited last night, after checking out the TripAdvisor reviews. We booked a table for 8pm, and when we arrived the restaurant was buzzing. The food was tasty, the staff friendly, prices pretty average, slightly slow when we wanted to pay. I would overall recommend a visit More
