Been to this lovely little tea rooms once before and decided to go again. Lovely home-made cake made by the owner and a nice Cappucino. Had lovely fresh sandwiches as well . The service was very quick and good. Will be going again.on my next visit.

Had a homemade Cornish pasty and coffee here on a cold snowy morning last week. Excellent value and speed of service. Chap there was very friendly. Definitely worth a stop if your about Lynmouth and want a good deep-filled pasty.

It was August 4th, 2012, Saturday night and the rain was belting down. We tried the Rising Sun, the Rock House and the Bistro ... all had no room at the Inn. Drenched we went into the Lyndale Tea Rooms. As there were 6 of us we had little hope of success .... Peter got us in, had us watered...

We couldn't leave Devon without having a cream team!! Lynmouth was our last holiday stop before making tracks back for home the next day. Having eaten so much good food for a whole week and feeling very full, we were struggling to find room. However we decided to go for it. All I can say is Yum Yum!!
Went in for a coffee and had a glorious home made (really) cake and thought we'd return. Well a tea turned into supper and the meals a Thai curry and fish and chips, with a glas of wine, desserts and coffee all for £22 for 2.
