Best restaurant in Newquay, easily. Went for a Sunday Roast and the veg was nice and simple, beef was perfect and the homemade horseradish was definitely the best I've ever had. Lovely setting as well.

Prefer carvery roast. The beef used is topside. Cumin in carrots acquired taste. Water provided with meal was a nice touch. Beware you will need to climb down and back up at least 100 steps. Not good for elderly or disabled. Also if you book online for a table on the sunday and you want the roast dinner you...

Kahunas menu never ceases to amaze me! Thai food better than Thai food! Seafood better than seafood! Good food bettered by great food! Maybe this is just me, but I love they're variety and choice and of course the location. Definitely my favourite place to eat out and about the county. Service, drinks, music and staff get a big thumbs...

Would recommend Kahuna's to anyone visiting Newquay. I followed the recommendations on TripAdvisor and wasn't disappointed - hence encouraged me to write this review. Food and location perfect. Starters from £7 and mains from £10 with some of the seafood dishes at £17. Wine from around £14 a bottle...all in all a superb night out.

My wife and I went here for an evening meal. We only spotted the advert in the Newquay Food & Drinks Guide. We rang to go that evening and had the last table of 2. The service was really attentive. A large party were also dining there on the evening, but that did not stop the 2 members of staff...

Very welcoming from the moment we stepped foot through the door, we were ten minutes before the evening menu started, but were welcome to take a seat and have a drink (great pint of San Miguel).
Once seated we were served in a non intrusive friendly manner, whilst the restaurant was quiet (like I said, we were very early) the...

Walked across the beaches in the rain and stopped for a much needed Mocha! Had a look at both lunch and dinner menus and couldn't believe quality of food, choices and value for money.
Had crab claws with chips and Lasagne from the specials boards, both were amazing and really good value for money. Service was top notch, all in...

Wow what a fabulous restaurant, not only are the people friendly, a great locationright on the beach but the food was mouthwateringly delicous. We stayed in Zinc apartments over easter and the restaurant had just reopened for the season and what a delight. You cannot visit Newquay without going to this restaurant as i will guarantee you will be back....

We were staying in the Tolcarne Beach Apartments so Kahuna was very convenient. We had a table next to the window looking over the beach. While the decor is basic, the service was great and the food very good - but not perfect. One thing the chef has got right is the flavours. Every dish we had (4 of us)...

We arrived at Kahuna on a most blustery Sunday morning in April, gale force winds and torrental rain. We had booked a table a few weeks before so decided to keep the booking although did wonder if it would still be open....We dashed down the steps to the beach getting absolutely soaked and were so pleased to see the place...
