The menu changes every month; I have never had anything other than an incredibly delicious meal here. Prices are less than Vancouver (and in my opinion Vancouver restaurants prices are a bargain compared to the UK and Europe). Hard to say whether Blue Eyed Mary's or Tuscany's is the best on Bowen.
