Service was very good. I was glad to see that the dry ribs are finally back on the menu. I guess they do listen to feedback.

We frequented this place sooo much we got bored, nothing against the Earls' we just found food a bit boring. The service was always friendly and there were plenty of servers to make it a special occasion every time but we didn't feel that way.
Let's start with something worth noting: My Southwestern Chicken Salad was terrific -- an interesting combination of dates, avocados, black beans, corn and well seasoned chicken on a bed of greens made for a wonderful dinner, that's for sure.
It was pricey -- $16.95 without the beer -- but it was awesome.
The furniture in Earls is also really tasteful....

Very noisy, poor service and you pay high prices for no atmosphere Open room not relaxing. Parking not the best. Would not return too many other places to eat at with better prices and no noise Like eating at the local pub on Saturday night.
Earls is an above the average restaurant chain. Service is consistent and the food is always good. We had a very good steak, however the vine list was a little bit short of options.
We were eating a bit late due to our work, but managed to get a nice quiet booth for dinner. Started with the Sante Fe Chicken salad, light and tasty, finished off with Quinoa Crusted Lois Lake Salmon which was also very good. Shared both dishes and we were pleasantly full. Not at all boring, each time we visit Earls...

I have been here many times and can never remember having a bad meal. Service and food has always been good. The prices have inched up over the years compared to other restaurants that are simlar.
Predictable menus can be comforting, but Earls has gotten rather stagnant. They used to change their dishes regularly, but have found some popular ones and became stagnant. The staff are always friendly, and nice eye-candy, and the meals predictably well-prepared--but nothing outstanding.
With a more varied menu, I would go more often, but how often can one eat the same...

Greeted at the door by one of the young black dressed staff, we considered leaving until two "common folk" exited the building. The place is high end. We got a good giggle watching these youngsters strutting and waitressing, the menu, however, seemed overpriced. $13 burger? They do make their soups and breads on site daily. We both had the burger,...

Earls always has impressive salads, that's my thing. Atmosphere is great with friendly service and great apps.
